The tools on Doqera are free to use, including for commercial purposes. Documents you generate — invoices, quotes, receipts and the rest — are yours. You may send them to clients, keep them for your records, and modify them however you need. We claim no rights over your content.
The tools and articles on this site are general information, not professional advice. Invoicing requirements, tax rates and contract law differ by country and change over time. Where a document or calculation has legal or tax consequences, have it checked against the rules that apply to you. We are not your accountant and we are not your lawyer.
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to make the calculations correct and we test them, but we cannot guarantee that every output is accurate or suitable for your particular situation. Check figures that matter before relying on them.
Because the tools run in your browser, their behaviour also depends on your device and browser. We support current versions of the major browsers; older ones may not work correctly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Since the tools process your data locally, keep your own copies of anything important — we hold no backup and cannot restore your work.
Do not use the site to create fraudulent documents, to impersonate another business, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access parts of it you are not authorised to access.
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date above reflects the current version. Questions go to support@doqera.com.
