About
Most online business tools charge you for a PDF, watermark the output, or ask for an account before you can see whether they work. We thought that was worth fixing.
Running a small business generates a surprising amount of paperwork, and almost none of it is complicated. An invoice is a form with arithmetic. Working out VAT is a single division. Merging two PDFs is a solved problem.
Yet the software for these tasks is routinely gated behind a signup, a trial, or a monthly fee — and often uploads your client's details to a server to do work that a browser can do on its own. That is the gap this site is trying to close.
The document and PDF tools run entirely in your browser. When you build an invoice, the form state lives on your machine and the PDF is generated by your own device. Nothing is transmitted to us, because there is nothing we need.
That design has a practical consequence worth knowing: because your data is local, we cannot recover it for you. If you clear your browser storage, saved business details go with it. We think that is the right trade — it also means there is no database of your clients for anyone to breach.

How this is funded. The tools are free and there is no advertising, no affiliate linking and no sale of data — the tools run entirely in your browser, so there is no usage data to sell even if we wanted to. Doqera is funded by SaaSatura LLC, which builds and operates other software products. If paid features ever arrive they will be additional, and we will say so plainly here.
Guides on this site are written and maintained by Doqerarather than by a named individual, and each one carries the date it was last updated. Questions or corrections: support@doqera.com.
There are currently 41 tools planned across 7 categories, and they are being built one at a time rather than all at once and badly. Each tool gets finished — properly tested, accessible, fast — before the next one starts.
Tools that are listed as free will stay free. If paid features ever arrive, they will be genuinely additional rather than a fence around something that used to work.
Principles
Documents are built and rendered in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so client details and contracts never sit on someone else's server.
No signup wall, no email verification, no trial that quietly expires. Open a tool and use it.
Generate as many documents as you need. Nothing is stamped with our logo and nothing is capped at three per month.
Pages are prerendered and ship almost no JavaScript until you interact. Tools open instantly, even on a phone.
Because the work happens locally, most tools keep working on a flaky connection or none at all.
New tools ship regularly and existing ones keep improving. Everything free stays free.
