The document, PDF and calculator tools run entirely in your browser. The files and details you enter are not uploaded to us, are not stored on our servers, and are not visible to us at any point.
When you use a generator or PDF tool, all processing happens locally on your device. Anything you choose to save for reuse — such as your business details — is written to your browser's local storage, which lives on your machine and is not transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently, and we cannot recover it.
Because the site is served over the internet, our hosting provider necessarily processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect against abuse. This is ordinary server logging, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
There is no signup, no newsletter and no account, so we hold no email address, name or contact detail for you unless you write to us yourself.
We also receive aggregate usage statistics through Google Analytics — how many people opened which page, and from roughly where. The Cookies and analytics section below sets out exactly what that does and does not include.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which tools people actually use, which is what tells us what to build next. It sets a small number of first-party cookies in your browser and reports the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you are using.
It never sees anything you put into a tool. Analytics measures which page was opened. The invoice you are writing, the PDF you are cropping and the figures you are calculating are handled entirely by your own browser and are never sent anywhere — not to us, and not to Google. That is a property of how the tools are built rather than a promise about how we behave.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers, we have not enabled Google’s advertising features, and we do not sell or share what we collect. If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser opt-out add-on, and any content blocker will stop the tag loading.
Your theme preference (light or dark) is also stored locally in your browser so the site does not flash the wrong colours on load. That preference never leaves your device.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Since the only personal data we may hold is an email address you gave us voluntarily, such a request is usually straightforward — email us at support@doqera.com and we will action it.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will change with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
